Faith Chamber of Commerce
The Faith Chamber of Commerce was established on January 7, 2000, as a non-profit corporation with the South Dakota Office of the Secretary of State. The purpose of the corporation is to address community needs by providing the organizational tools for community and economic development. Also to improve the way of life for community members through community programs and projects.
The Faith Chamber of Commerce sponsors a variety of community events throughout the year such as the Ranchers Forum, Easter Games, Mothers Day Tea, Annual Ambulance Banquet, Fathers Day Demolition Derby, 4th of July Fireworks Display. The Faith Chamber of Commerce hosts a daily radio broadcast at 11:30 a.m. called the Faith Area News in conjunction with KBHB Radio Station in Sturgis. Each Monday they publish and distribute the Weekly Round-UP newsletter and a special issue advertising the Faith Stock Show & Rodeo.
In 2008, the Faith Chamber of Commerce and the City of Faith will be co-hosting, “A Tyrannosaurus Rex Named Sue” traveling exhibit, from the Field Museum in Chicago, May 10-September 1. Please enjoy our new web-site with graphics about Sue.
